TRAÇOS DE INOVAÇÃO DO SISTEMA NACIONAL DA EDUCAÇÃO EM MOÇAMBIQUE: DIFERENÇAS E SEMELHANÇAS DAS LEIS 4/83, 6/92 E 18/2018

Abstract

This article entitled Traces of innovation in the National Education System in Mozambique: differences and similarities of laws 4/83, 6/92 and 18/2018, results from a research based on the document analysis of the three laws that establish the protocols, conditions and norms of organization of the national system of education in Mozambique. For the accomplishment of this study, three laws were considered as categories of analysis. The aim of the study was to infer the innovations that the government implemented with the introduction of each of the three laws. The study concluded that the main intention of introducing each law was to portray the education process according to the demands of each moment. Thus, laws 4/83, 6/92 and 18/2018 intended to form a New Man, Democratic Man, and Citizen Man respectively.
