Abstract

This scientific article aims to analyze the importance of the applicability of Directors of the Professional Code of Ethics within organizations subject this, which has been constantly debated by professionals, both public and private companies. Business ethics this also linked to social responsibility and sustainability, making people have a good image of the company, thus ensuring greater stability and harmony among its employees. In light of the principles governing the Administration Code of Ethics, the work seeks to analyze its concept and its historical evolution, still emphasizing the issues that deal with the principles to be followed by professionals on the activities of the company. Still, the article seeks to highlight the important role of the Federal and Regional Councils of Directors on the applicability of the Code of Ethics, even identifying their duties and responsibility with the companies and their employees.
