Ética nas Organizações: O “Xeque-Mate” do Futuro

Abstract

The objective of this work is the study of a ethical standard in organizations. The ethical standard was elaborated with base in the state of the art on the subject. This ethical standard is practiced by the company as operational routine and dismisses a statute for consultations in the critical moments. In that way, it is as certained that the proposed ethical standard is pertinent, though requires thorough revision, in order to be enlarged or reduced in agreement with the context in which the company will be inserted.
